Intraoral scanning is using a wand to digitally capture hundreds of photographic images and mold them together to give a 3D image of your entire dentition with greater accuracy and less gagging and discomfort. This allows us to study your smile from every angle, including from behind. From there we can create a treatment plan designed specifically for your specific concerns.

Intraoral scanning is more than gathering information for treatment. We also use the intraoral scan of your teeth to fabricate Envision aligners and/or Envision digital bracket positioning jigs to more accurately place brackets for better and faster results.
